We understand that sizing runs differently with each company and because this is an online shop there is no way for you to see the items in person or try them on so we have made sure that size charts with detailed measurements are included in the picture section of every listing with both imperial and metric measurements. For our cut and sew garments detailed diagrams explaining the measurements are also included. Please refer to these charts in order to get the best fit. If you find that you are between sizes please order a size up. Since we cannot see each other in person it is up to you to choose the best fit for your size. If you are having trouble understanding the charts please contact us we are happy to help!

Every item in our shop is Made To Order. Once you place the order, the item is then custom created especially for you and production starts very quickly. Because of this we are unable to accept cancellations or process exchanges.

Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. I'm not responsible for delays due to customs.

We are happy to accept returns for items that arrive damaged or defective or if the wrong item is received. Please contact us within 14 days of receiving your package. Due to the custom nature of these items we do not accept returns due to buyers remorse, changed mind, issues with the fit, delivery date or any other reason. All items must be received back in new unworn unused condition with all original packaging or a restocking fee of 50% will apply. Shipping costs are non refundable and return shipping is at the expense of the buyer. Failure to retrieve held packages & refused packages/returned to sender will not be refunded as our return address differs from what is on the label or slip.

All of our items are custom made to order especially for you and generally take between 5-7 business days to create. We have a very thorough inspection process to make sure that your item comes out looking just right and free of defects. Please note: colors may vary due to the settings on your device or computer monitor and due to the printing process. We are unable to speed the production and quality assurance process up and cannot refund if items do not arrive on time. Within the US, after the general 5-7 business day fulfillment time, items will arrive within 3-5 business days with the exception of postal delays that are outside of anyone's control. Once the package is handed over to the shipping company we do not have any way to speed up the shipping.

All of our products use white base and then the print is applied on top using a sublimation process. This is very different from a dye process where fabric is dyed a certain color and the dye goes into the fabric and because of this sometimes you may find that, especially with dark colors such as our printed black garments, they may not be as dark or rich as the black dyed clothing you have at home. There is no other way to achieve the type of prints we offer because if we started with a black fabric base the print would not show up on top. Also colors may appear lighter when the garments are stretched. These are not considered defects. Colors may also vary due to the settings on your device or computer monitor.

Care instructions are included in the product details section of each product page. Please note that contact with rough surfaces and velcro fasteners should be avoided since they can pull out the white fibers in the fabric, damaging the garments' appearance. Please note: We cannot be held responsible for damage to the garments due to failure to follow the care instructions.
