We are happy to accept returns for items that arrive damaged or defective or if the wrong item is received. Please contact us within 14 days of receiving your package. Due to the custom nature of these items we do not accept returns due to buyers remorse, changed mind, issues with the fit, delivery date or any other reason.
All items must be received back in new unworn unused condition with all original packaging or a restocking fee of 50% will apply. Shipping costs are non refundable and return shipping is at the expense of the buyer.
Failure to retrieve held packages & refused packages/returned to sender will not be refunded as our return address differs from what is on the label or slip.
