Jules-Charles Ernest Billaudot (born in Poilly-sur-Serein on August 17,1829, died in La Chapelle-Vieille-Forêt on May 20,1881), also known as Edmond or Mage Edmond was a famous French clairvoyant who is said to have been the clairvoyant for certain prominent 19th century personalities including Alexandre Dumas, Napoleon III, Empress Eugénie, Eugène Sue and Victor Hugo and he is rumored to have been a student of Mlle. Lenormand.
Edmond also created the Belline Oracle and the Grand Tarot Belline.

Additionally, Edmond shares an extensive list of his tarot significations for both the upright and reversed card positions, along with his unique astrological method for reading the cards allowing us to practice tarot the way that Edmond did back in 19th century France.
